Call for Vendor Displays

Interested in exhibiting at the 21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC) 2017 Summer Institute? If so, the opportunity is now available. Please take a few moments to review the following information, and complete the form below to submit your request.

All submissions must be relevant to the 21st CCLC 2017 Summer Institute and useful to the attendees in supporting the overall mission of the 21st CCLC program. Submitted Vendor Display Requests will be reviewed by the U.S. Department of Education on a first-come, first-served basis. If your submission is approved, you will be provided with a schedule of events and an Exhibitor Services Kit, which includes information about costs associated with available vendor display items and services.

All vendor display booths are being provided by Vista Convention Services (Vista), the contracted decorator company. The mandatory minimum booth package price is $20 and includes a 10' x 10' booth with an 8' backwall drape, a 3' sidewall drape, and a 7" x 44" cardstock identification sign. All items and services — including booth package, tables, chairs, electricity, internet, etc. — must be purchased through Vista.

You must agree to the following before submitting your request:

Selection as a vendor for a display at the 21st CCLC 2017 Summer Institute does not constitute an endorsement of my products or my organization by the U.S. Department of Education or any other federal, state or local government agency.

If approved as a vendor, I will be provided with an Exhibitor Kit. The kit will contain information on how to secure my vendor display booth, electricity, internet access, etc., and all necessary forms to request such. I understand and agree that I am responsible for all costs related to my designated vendor display area. I understand that I will not be able to request or use any additional space, and I agree to set up completely within the “booth” area I have been assigned and will not encroach on my fellow vendors.

I understand that the sale of products is not permitted within the meeting space reserved for the purposes of the 21st CCLC 2017 Summer Institute.

I further understand that any violation of these agreements may result in the U.S. Department of Education or its agent (Leed Management Consulting, Inc.) revoking my booth assignment and asking me to leave the facility.

By checking this box and providing my initials   here, I agree to and understand the above items.  *
